The difference between LDA type and LX type, LDP type, LDY type single girder overhead cranes

 

The electric single girder overhead crane is widely used in various factories, warehouses, etc. There are many models, and LDA, LX, LDP, and LDY are the more common ones.

LDA type electric single girder overhead crane is an improvement on the LD type electric single-beam overhead crane. The running mechanism and electrical part have been redesigned. The original running mechanism reducer has been redesigned, and the control voltage has been changed from the original high voltage of 380V to a safe voltage of 36V to ensure the safety of the operators. It has the characteristics of a reasonable structure and strong overall rigidity compared to the LD type.

 

The LDA type electric single girder overhead crane is suitable for temperatures ranging from -25 to +40 degrees Celsius. It is a general-purpose lifting machine and is commonly used in places with low frequency of use or few lifting operations for the rated lifting capacity, such as mechanical manufacturing, assembly, and warehouses. It is widely used in factories, warehouses, material yards, and other different occasions for lifting goods.

The LX type single girder suspension crane operates by utilizing four trolleys mounted on the lower flange of the I-beam, eliminating the need for dedicated pillars to support the track. The main beam of this crane is suspended below the running track and is capable of lifting relatively small tonnages, with limited range of use.

The LDP type electric single girder overhead crane is an ultra-low headroom lightweight crane. The crane has a wide wheelbase, runs smoothly, has a compact structure, good rigidity, responsive operation, and low noise. It is suitable for places with low headroom in workshop buildings.
