1. Transfer Trolley

Steel Coil Rail Flat Transfer Cart is one kind of transfer equipment for steel pipe,steel mill, steel coil, injection mold steel beam transport in steel plant from bay to bay, and mold plant,workshop materials, steel bar, steel structure ,steel plate,pallet,pipe and other materials.There are some power supply modes for customers to choose, such as battery power, cable power, low voltage rail power, busbar etc.

The advantages of the heavy load steel coil transfer trolley are that the special frequency conversion motor is used to adapt to the harsh working conditions. The flat transfer car has simple and reliable structure, high bearing capacity, long service life and low requirements for track laying.

2. Coil Tong

Electric horizontal roll clamp is divided into three types:


1, through the rack and pinion drive two clamp leg tightening or loosening.
(1) The clamp is driven by a torque motor, which drives the two clamp legs to tighten or loosen through the sprocket and the rack and pinion of the worm reducer.
(2) The clamp has the protection function of the steel coil: namely, a pair of proximity switches on the inner side of the clamp leg, so that the clamp leg stops when it does not contact the steel coil (about 20mm away), does not contact both sides of the steel coil, and does not hurt the steel coil when lifting.
(3) height alignment function: the center hole of the steel coil is generally φ508, φ610 two sizes, in the clamp two legs, two groups of photoelectric switch is installed, the operation time electric switch from the center hole of the steel coil is shot through, the clamp is allowed to tighten, convenient operation.
(4) After lifting steel coil, mechanical lock, even if the wrong operation, the clamp will not open in the air.
(5) Clamp leg surface protection:
A: The clamp leg is protected with A 20mm thick polyurethane coating.
B: The inside is protected by aluminum plate.
(6) If necessary, the clamp can be equipped with a rotating head, and the clamp can be rotated horizontally at 360º during operation.
(7) The claws can be screwed into the inside of the legs, so as to reduce the space occupied by the legs, and the claws turn out when hoisting.

3. C-type Hook

Classification of type C hooks
1.Steel coil spreader can be divided into horizontal coil spreader and vertical coil spreader according to the different placement and hoisting direction of steel coil.
2.The horizontal rolling spreader mainly includes C-type rolling plate spreader and electric rolling plate spreader.

C hook main structure
Type C hook is mainly composed of lifting concrete and counterweight iron.
1. The lifting is specific: the main part of the steel coil sling is made of steel plate (low alloy steel) and steel pipe. The cross section is box structure, with good bending and torsion resistance, light weight and long service life.
2. Counterweight iron: plays the role of regulating the balance of the spreader, so that the center of gravity of the spreader and the object to be lifted is in a line.
