Packing and Shipments

1. The hoist, electric parts and other small parts will be put in wooden case, shipping marks and transport logo will be painted on wood case surface.
2 Packaged bridge accessories will be bond with main beam to utilize space and reduce transport charge.
3. Main beam will be protected by waterproof poly with caution color to prevent rain water and dust.

After-sales Service

We have experienced overseas installation team, when the equipments are shipped to our customer company site, they will be installed and commissioning quickly.
We will provide lifelong tracking service for your crane equipment. During crane warranty period, due to our manufacturing result in product quality problems, we will be responsible for repair or replacement parts for free.
