Lifting Electromagnet For Scrap Steel


Selection guide:


1.  Crane specifications, tonnage, hoisting height, hoisting main hook brake type, capacity. ---- suggested to provide.


2.Choose normal temperature type, high temperature type or ultra-high temperature type according to the material temperature. Below 150°C is normal temperature type, above 150°C and below 600°C is high temperature type, above 600°C is ultra-high temperature type.


3.Frequency of work. More than 60% are high frequency types.


4. When operation is in liquid, please choose diving type and privide us with liquid medium and diving depth.


5. Provide the geometrical parameters of the material (length, width, thickness or diameter, etc.) and the number of pieces, bundles, etc. to be lifted when lifting profiles, plates and other materials.


6. Selection of supporting equipment


6.1 When using a single unit, select the control cabinet and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current); when using multiple units in combination, select according to the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of units used in combination.


6.2 Determine the winding length of the cable reel according to the lifting height, determine the allowable current of the cable reel according to the power (current) of the electromagnet, and determine the number of cores of the cable reel according to the number of electromagnets and the grouping.
