1. Leg retracting circuit

Because of the limited support capacity of the car tires, the legs must be lowered during the lifting work to make the car tires overhead, forming a fixed working base channel. But when the car is moving, it is necessary to recycle the legs. There are two legs in front and rear, and the telescopic movement of each leg is driven by a hydraulic cylinder.

2. Lifting circuit

The hoisting organization requires that the hoisting objects can be lifted or lowered in the air. The speed should be smooth, the shifting should be convenient, the impact should be small, and the starting torque and braking force should be large.

3. Boom telescopic circuit

The machine's boom consists of a base arm and a telescopic boom. The boom is telescopically driven by a telescopic hydraulic cylinder.

4. Variable amplitude loop

The boom luffing structure is used to change the working height, and it is required to carry the variable amplitude and the movement is stable. This machine selects two hydraulic cylinders in parallel to improve the bearing capacity of the variable amplitude structure. The requirements and the oil passage are the same as the boom expansion and contraction oil passage.

5. Rotary oil circuit

The swivel structure requires the boom to be lifted in a comfortable orientation.
