Conventional treatment methods require disassembly of the reducer, replacement of the gasket or application of the sealant, but it is time consuming and laborious, and it is difficult to ensure the sealing effect, and leakage will occur again during operation. In the contemporary West, polymer composite materials are used to treat leakage on site, and many applications are available. The polymer material repair can be disassembled, and the material has excellent adhesion, oil resistance and 350% stretch, which can overcome the influence of the vibration of the reducer, and the repair effect is more effective than the traditional method.


When the bridge crane is in use, its active wheel and the taxi reducer operate frequently. During the operation, the emergency stop is reversed several times. The parking will cause the torque and vibration of each shaft of the reducer to increase, which may cause leakage. After this kind of problem occurs, the traditional methods are mainly repaired by repair welding or brush plating. However, both have certain drawbacks: the thermal stress generated by the high temperature of repair welding cannot be completely eliminated, and it is easy to bend or break.


Brush plating of bridge cranes is limited by the thickness of the coating and is easy to peel off. The above two methods use metal to repair the metal, which cannot change the "hard to hard" coordination relationship. Under the combined action of each force, it will still cause again. abrasion. Most of the new maintenance methods are based on polymer composite materials, and there are many applications of Magellanic technology, which have superior adhesion and excellent compressive strength. The application of polymer material repair has no influence on the thermal stress of repair welding, and the thickness of repair is not limited. At the same time, the metal material of the product does not have the concession, which can absorb the shock and vibration of the equipment, avoid the possibility of re-wearing, and greatly extend the equipment. The life of the components saves the company a lot of downtime and creates huge economic value.


The bridge crane operating mechanism generally uses only four active and driven wheels. If the lifting weight is large, it is common to increase the wheel to reduce the wheel pressure. When the number of wheels exceeds four, the articulated equalization frame device must be used to evenly distribute the load of the crane on each wheel. The metal structure of the bridge consists of main beam and end beam, which are divided into two types: single main beam bridge and double girder bridge.
