Mechanical system performance of single girder bridge cranes:

1) The single girder bridge crane hoisting mechanism is composed of Sino-foreign joint venture brand Kaicheng two-speed electric hoist. The product has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size and convenient operation.

a. Reducer: The electric hoist reducer of single-girder crane adopts three-stage deceleration of helical gear. The gear and gear shaft are forged by 40Cr or 20CrMnTi steel, and heat treated, all supported by rolling bearings. The casing is made of cast iron and assembled. Tight, dustproof and reliable.

b. Reel device: The reel is made of cast iron or seamless steel pipe, which is connected with a reducer by a spline, and the other end is supported by a rolling bearing at a front end of the conical motor. The drum casing is made of steel.

c. Hook device: The hook is made of 20 steel die forging, and the thrust ball bearing is connected with the outer casing through the hook beam beam, so that the hook can run freely.

d. Coupling: The torque of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through the claw-type elastic coupling, which can absorb the load shock and obtain a smooth start.

e. Slow drive device: The slow drive device consists of a drive box, a cover, and a small motor. The small motor drives the main motor through a slow device.

f. Limiter: In order to prevent the hook from falling and falling beyond the limit position, the hoist is equipped with a limiter. When the hook reaches the limit position, the rope guide of the single beam crane drives the limiter. The action automatically cuts off the power to stop the hoist.

g. Motor: The hoisting motor adopts a cone-shaped braking motor with a large starting torque to adapt to the frequent direct starting of the intermittent operation of the product. The maximum torque is 2.4~3 times of the rated torque.

h. To ensure safe and reliable use, all electric hoists are equipped with a weight limiter.
