1. Lifting height and weight

How should the weight be selected? Material weight + packaging weight + hook (or other fixture) weight X0.7 is the minimum weight for hoist selection, and the maximum weight is determined according to budget and plant planning. Height generally refers to the effective height. It is necessary to determine in advance whether it is the height from the ground or the height from a certain point or surface;

2. Working area voltage

Common industrial electricity is 3-phase 380V and single-phase 220V, so first confirm the working area voltage and then choose the electric hoist, in case the purchased one cannot be adapted;

3. Work station beat

According to the application frequency of the station, the application status of the workpiece (whether accurate alignment, etc.), select the transfer speed of the electric hoist, whether it is single speed, double speed, frequency conversion or stepless speed change, fixed hook type, fixed lock type or hand trolley Mobile type or electric trolley mobile type, etc. Of course, the speed of the trolley also needs to be selected;

4. Site factors

According to the needs of the workplace, choose a single-function electric hoist or a composite electric hoist, ordinary electric hoist, explosion-proof electric hoist, clean electric hoist, anti-corrosion electric hoist or high temperature electric hoist, etc.

5. Work level

The working level refers to the degree of operating load and frequency of use of the electric hoist. The ISO working level ranges from M3 to M8, and the corresponding FEM working level is 1M to 5M. The higher the working level, the higher the quality of the electric hoist and its components, the more durable, and of course the higher the cost. When choosing, be sure to choose an electric hoist that matches the working level according to the working conditions.
