Firstly, the dynamic model of the gantry crane is established according to the basic theory of dynamics. The contact force of the equipment under different working conditions and the tensile force of the steel wire rope under the combined working condition are analyzed by software, and the corresponding force curve is obtained. Don't forget to conduct a crash test on the gantry crane's cart running mechanism in order to obtain the elevation curve of the cart wheel.


Secondly, it is also necessary to analyze the static testing of the gantry crane under different working conditions. In addition, the on-site stress detection at the maximum stress of the finite analysis is also part of the content. In the end, a range of performance parameters for a universal gantry crane can be obtained.


Since the current technology has certain difficulties for on-site full load detection of large equipment, the best way is to use the relevant hose to simulate and analyze it, and also get more accurate results. In this process, it is necessary to use the on-site small tonnage load detection data to correct the simulated test data, and on this basis, simulate the full load detection of the gantry crane.
