Reduce running resistance. At the same time, the rail flange is cold-rolled to match the tread of the wheel, and the wheel runs more smoothly and saves effort.

2. All on-site installations of rigid kbk cranes are connected by fasteners. The installation of this crane is like building blocks, only the structural parts need to be fixed in place and tightened with bolts, and there is almost no welding work.

3. All equipment of rigid kbk crane adopts standard modular components. The splicing of equipment is easier. When the user wants to extend the running track or add equipment to the existing equipment, only a few standard assembly joints can be realized instantly; the same is true when the user wants to remove part of the equipment.

4. Rigid kbk crane is easier to move. As the kbk crane has light weight and low friction resistance, workers can easily move the kbk crane. The production ratio of kbk cranes is 100:1, which means that a 1t crane worker only needs 10kg of force to move the load. The operating speed of the electric rigid kbk crane is usually 20m/min, and the walking speed of a person is usually around 40m/min. Therefore, the manual operation of this kind of crane is faster in the running direction.

5. The post-maintenance and maintenance workload of rigid kbk crane equipment is extremely small, which reduces the total capital investment for purchasing equipment.
