Bridge crane control room and mobile form


In the course of work, bridge cranes are mainly used to lift materials in the workshops, warehouses and yards. When in use, its ends are located on the cement column or metal bracket. It is shaped like a bridge. The bridge of the overhead crane extends longitudinally along the guide rails on the side of the bridge elevated, so that the space under the bridge can be fully utilized to lift the material without being obstructed by the ground equipment. It is a wide variety of cranes.


The lifting mechanism of the overhead crane is composed of a lifting motor, a speed reducer, a reel, a brake and the like. The lifting motor is connected to the speed reducer through a coupling, the output shaft of the brake wheel and the speed reducer is connected with the reel of the wound wire rope, and the other end of the wire rope is provided with a hook. When the reel is rotated, the hook will accompany the wire rope in the reel. The rise or fall of the upper part will entangle or release. For cranes with a lifting capacity of 15t and above, there are two sets of lifting mechanisms, namely the main hook and the auxiliary hook.


As the tower wheel rotates, the weight of the overhead crane moves up and down on the hook. When this operation is performed, the car moves left and right in the width direction of the shop floor, and can move back and forth along the length of the shop together with the cart. In this way, the movement of the weight in the vertical, horizontal and vertical directions can be achieved, and the weight can be moved to any position in the workshop to complete the lifting and transport tasks.


Bridge crane control room


The control room of an overhead crane is to some extent a nacelle for controlling the crane, also known as the cab. There are large and small car transfer mechanism control devices, lifting mechanism control devices and crane protection devices in the control room. The control room is usually fixed at one end of the main beam and a few control rooms are mounted under the trolley to move with the trolley. Above the control room, there is a hatch to the sidewalk that maintenance personnel can use, regardless of the mechanical and electrical equipment of the car.


Bridge crane movement form


(1) The crane is driven by the trolley motor and moves longitudinally back and forth along both sides of the factory floor.


(2) The trolley and lifting mechanism on the main beam of the trolley are driven by the trolley motor to move laterally along the left and right rails of the main beam of the bridge.


(3) The hoisting motor (main hook, auxiliary hook) drives the heavy object for vertical lifting movement.
