Feeding: When the garbage at the incinerator feed is insufficient, the crane grabs the fermented garbage in the refuse pit and runs it above the feed, and feeds the incinerator's feed funnel.
Handling: Move the garbage near the discharge door to other places in the storage pit, avoid the congestion of the discharge door, adjust the amount of garbage in the pit, and store the waste incineration for 3 to 5 days.
Stirring: Due to the higher water content and lower combustion value of domestic domestic garbage, the garbage needs to stay in the storage pit for a certain time. Through natural compression and partial fermentation, the water content is reduced and the calorific value is increased. Mixing old and new waste can shorten fermentation time. In addition, because the composition of domestic garbage is complex and the content of components varies greatly, in order to avoid excessive fluctuations in the nature of the garbage entering the furnace, it is also necessary to stir and mix the garbage in the pit as necessary.
Picking: Remove objects that accidentally enter the storage pit, but are not suitable for incineration.
Weighing: In order to count the actual amount of waste incinerated, before the waste is put into the incinerator inlet, the waste put into the inlet is weighed and measured. Due to the high working level of the garbage grab crane and the characteristics of the crane itself, it has brought great challenges to the stable and reliable operation of the system. A set of variable frequency speed control methods designed for garbage grab cranes has been developed to enable the cranes to operate stably and reliably. A crane handling system consisting of two garbage grab cranes (one working and one standby) is used to complete the work of feeding, inverting, mixing, moving and breaking materials for the waste incineration power plant. Each crane has its own independent electrical control system, operation console and HMI display panel, and can provide manual and semi-automatic control systems according to user needs. Hand and automatic switching are convenient and quick.
