When operating the jib crane, all national safety technical specifications concerning the use and operation of the crane shall be observed. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the equipment, please observe the following safety operation matters.
(1) It is not allowed to use jib crane to transport personnel.
(2) It is not allowed to lift the load above the personnel. It is not allowed to pull or drag the load.
(3) Overload is not allowed.
(4) Avoid collision of lifting hook with limit switch during normal operation.
(5) It is not allowed to pull the manual switch when loading. When the rotating arm rotates manually, it can only pull the hook, and it is not allowed to pull the manual switch and cable.
The fasteners on the jib crane shall be checked and tightened once every 6 months.
Other important operation tips: the load spreader must be hung on the trolley by flexible connection. Rigid connection will produce uncontrollable force, which will eventually lead to fatigue fracture.
Maintenance Notes on JIB Cranes
For safety and high-altitude operation, please specify the maintenance plan of the equipment according to the actual situation, and check it at least every half a year or a year according to the following key prompts.
1. Bolt connection line, bolt connection of foundation bolt, bolt connection with stopper end cover. The bolt connection of rotating arm installation and the bolt connection of driving device installation.
2. Fit and wear parts on the hoist, trolley / bearing beam shall be tightly matched and worn by pin connection. Slow down and wear of trolley wheels, rollers and cantilever supports. Generally, add lithium base or calcium base grease once after 6 months of use. Inspection of electrical equipment, including wear of cable slide, damage of flat cable, etc.
3. Wear of stop.
4. Inspection and maintenance of electric hoist, inspection and maintenance of electric hoist shall be carried out by designated personnel, and inspection of electric hoist, chain, traveling drive device, etc. shall be carried out according to relevant regulations.
5. When it is found that the damaged parts exceed the specified value in the inspection, they shall be replaced.
