The upper and lower hooks are forged from high-strength alloy materials and processed by heat treatment. They have the characteristics of not breaking when overloaded, but only bending and deformation, and also have three extension points as marks. The upper and lower hooks adopt the design of embedded cable plate and precision stamped cable plate to effectively prevent the hook from falling off.

The lifting sprocket is supported by a sealed integral deep groove ball bearing to reduce the hand pulling force, and the long shaft is supported by an integral needle roller bearing to maximize the mechanical efficiency.

The use of double pawls and double guide wheel components greatly improves the performance, safety, and stability of the product.

Each chain hoist has undergone a full inspection of 1.5 times the working load and a test certificate with serial number.

It is equipped with G80 alloy steel lifting chain, which conforms to EN818-7 chain standard.
