Suspension overhead crane is one kind of light duty crane, it runs under H steel rail. It is designed and made by reasonable structure and higher strength steel.

Suspension overhead crane is an ideal solution when headroom is limited. The crane travels underneath the runway system, which allows you to maximize the distance from the ground to the hook.

Suspension overhead crane is applicable in factories warehouses where the height from the rail surface to the lower edge of truss is equal to or shorter than 500mm. It uses together with CD1 model MD1 model electric hoist as a complete set, it is a light duty crane with a capacity 0.5 ton ~ 10ton. The span is 3-16m. The lifting height is 6-18m. Working duty is A3~A5, working temperature is -25-40℃.

Features of suspension overhead crane

1. One type of main girder is consisted of I-beam and channel, used for lifting small tonnage loads and the other type is consisted of U shaped steel and I- beam, used for large tonnage loads.

2. All the hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously.

3. Electric hoist mobile power supply is constituted by flat cables or special cables.

4. The electric hoist can be selected according to your requirements.

5. Ground control method: pendant and remote control.
