KINO CRANES Assists In The Production Of Domestic Large-diameter Shield Machine

The "Revitalization" shield machine that will be off the assembly line will be served in the Nanjing and Yanlu cross-river passage projects. With a total length of 2,976 meters and a water pressure of 0.79 MPa, the construction of Yanchuan Road is the highest water pressure tunnel project in China. The excavation distance of the soil-rock composite stratum is about 1865 meters, and there is karst geology, which is the most large-diameter shield tunnel in China. During construction, the thickness of the soil at the high water pressure at the bottom of the river is only 10.25 meters, and it has to cross five fracture zones. The Nanjing River Tunnel Technical Expert Group, composed of the Chinese Academy of Engineering academician Qian Qihu, five academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and 16 experts in the industry, agrees that it is currently the most complicated and difficult large-diameter tunnel in the Yangtze River. Shield machine equipment manufacturing and shield construction technology are severe tests.
