I. Pendent Control Explosion Proof Electric Hoist Product Description
Explosion Proof Electric Hoist is suitable for areas where the explosion transmission is not higher than ⅡB orⅡC and the ignition temperature group of gas or explosive mixture of steam and gas is not
lower than T4.

It is a small-sized lifting equipment, which can be mounted on single beam, bridge, gantry and Jib cranes, with slight modification, it can also be used as a winch. It is widely used in factories, mines, harbours, warehouses, cargo storage areas and shops, essential in raising working efficiency and improving working conditions.

II. Explosion Proof Electric Hoist structure and main parts

1. Motor
Motor is using for hoist trolley travelling and hoist lifting, the motor brand our factory use is China famous brand Nanjing special brand, or as your requirement.

2. Gear box
Gear box is using for hoist lifting, under 16 tons capacity always use round shape gear box, more than 16 tons capacity always adopt square shape. It is made by our factory, all the gears inside through heat treatment to keep it's long using life.

3.Rope guide
Rope guide can arrange the wire rope to reeving on drum orderly, to prevent the wire rope from winding disorderly. We have cast iron or steel rope guide.
