Kino manual hand chain block are durable, they are lightweight enough to transport. We offer hand-chains with a lifting capacity of up to 5,000 kg and also lifting capacity up to 20,000 kg.

Hand chain block safety

For Kinocranes, safety is the key to all new hoisting equipment, and our manual hand chain products are no exception. They have double Pawl Weston-style brake and 2 friction discs that provide 4 brake surfaces. The brake is completely closed to prevent dirt to the maximum. The rigid structure of the crane is equipped with a steel gear box and a hand wheel cover.

The load chain of high strength 80 grade galvanized alloy steel has high corrosion resistance. ISO hook adopts alloy steel, heat treatment with hook and checkpoint. Machined sprockets and gears provide more smooth, more efficient and reliable operations. In addition, the open chain drive mechanism can realize simple inspection and cleaning.

Adapt to all kinds of lifting needs

The Hand chain block can be used as a block hook suspension model or with I-shaped steel trolley. A handcart can be operated manually, both of them can be used in a special low clearance room.

The heavy type model is also equipped with a torque limiter and an extra bearing to support the load wheel to make the product stronger.
