1. Connecting device

(1) Fixed axis rotator: Fixed axis rotator cannot swing in the spout rotating box, but can only rotate.

(2) Floating rotary lock device: floating rotary lock can swing in the rotary box to adapt to the manufacturing error and working deformation of the container.

2. Guide device

The guide device plays a positioning role when the spreader approaches the container. The guide plate is commonly used. The end of the guide plate is made of steel plate which can rotate up and down 180° and can be turned up when not working.

3. Suspension and tilt device

In case of trim or roll of container ship, it is required that the spreader should be allowed to tilt up and down by 5 degrees in the front, rear, left and right directions.This is generally achieved through the expansion of the hydraulic cylinder or the retracting and releasing of the reel wire rope.

4. Operate the control device

The control device includes a spinlock drive device, a guide plate drive device, a fore and aft inclined device of the spreader and a telescopic device of the spreader, all of which adopt hydraulic transmission.Control device: indicator light is installed in the four corner fittings of the spreader. Only when the four corner fittings are turned on at the same time, the indicator light is all on, and container lifting is allowed.

The formula mainly includes:

1. Four-lift point lifting

There are four lifting points when the container is hoisted. The spreader is connected to the container from the four lifting points, and the container is hoisted by winding on the hoisting drum of the lifting mechanism of the loading and unloading machinery through the wire rope pulley system on the spreader.Special handling machinery for containers, such as quayside container crane (container loading and unloading bridge), container straddle truck, container gantry crane, etc., are used in this kind of container spallers.

2. Single lifting point lifting.

When using gantry cranes or ship derricks to transport containers, there is only one lifting point for the spaller.When the spreader is hoisted with four ropes, it is concentrated on one point of the hook. The spreader can be connected to the corner part of the container electronically, electrohydraulic or manual operation mode.

The spreader used to transport containers with shackles, wire ropes and hooks is called a sling.The structure of simple container spreader is mainly composed of spreader frame and manual screw mechanism.They all belong to single lifting point spreader.
