Use maintenance:

1. In use, do not exceed rated load and rated closing times per hour (120) in an unacceptable environment

3. After the completion of the work, the main switch of the power supply must be pulled open to cut off the power supply.

5. In the use of the electric hoist must be regularly checked by specialized personnel, fault found to take timely measures and carefully recorded.

6. Keep enough lubricating oil in use and keep the oil clean and free of impurities and dirt.

7. When the wire rope is oiled, a bristle brush or small pieces of wood should be used. It is not allowed to oil the wire rope working directly by hand.

8. When the hoist is not working, heavy objects are not allowed to be suspended in the air to prevent deformation of the parts.

9. In the course of use, if fault is found, the main power should be cut off in time.

10. Wear parts should be paid attention to during use.

Rules of Use:

1. The product shall be operated under the guidance of professional personnel with mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the product operation instructions shall be carefully read before use.

2. When this product is lifting heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for people to work or walk under heavy objects.

3. Before use, make the lower lifting hook in a natural pendent state, and tighten the chain connecting the lifting sprocket and the lower lifting hook, and check the lifting chain

If the strip is straightened out, do not tie the chain or turn the chain.

4. Check whether the brake is reliable before use, regularly check whether all parts are normal, loose, oil leakage and other phenomena.

5. Before use, check whether the power supply meets the requirements, operate according to the electrician's specifications, and check the correctness before operation.

6. Test run to check whether the sprocket and chain are meshing normally, and heap chain is not allowed.

7. Observe whether there is a card chain at any time during the lifting operation;Lifting chain is not allowed to hang on other objects, so as not to produce overload.

8. During the operation, it is necessary to observe whether there is oil leakage or abnormal noise caused by excessively high temperature of the motor. If the above situation occurs, the machine shall be shut dowcheck.

9. This product cannot be disassembled at will. If chain replacement or disassembly and decoration are needed, it must be operated under the guidance of professional personnel.

10. The reducer is lubricated with lithium-based lubricating oil, and the oil is cleaned and changed once in the second half of the normal year.

11. When the product is used in groups at the same time, the special electric control cabinet produced by the company shall be configured to avoid affecting the synchronicity of its speed.

12. The product shall not be bumped or knocked during transportation, transfer and use, especially on the top surface of the disc brake case donot knock, collision, affect the braking torque, can not be used normally.
